Die Stadtbibliothek in Koblenz beherbergt seit 2013 die Zentralbibliothek, die Kinder- und Jugendbücherei, sowie die Musikbibliothek/Mediothek im Forum Confluentes. Das Forum vereint auf einer Nutzfläche von 12.250 m² die Bibliothek, die Räume des Mittelrhein-Museums sowie das Romanticum. Teile der Bibliothek sind im Erdgeschoss untergebracht und die Leseräume finden sich ab dem zweiten bis zum fünften Obergeschoss rund um ein Atrium. Mit dem Umzug in das neue Gebäude stieg der Bestand auf 200.000 Medien an. .
Since 2013, the Koblenz City Library has housed the central library, the children's and youth library, and the music library/media library in the Forum Confluentes. The Forum unites the library, the rooms of the Mittelrhein Museum, and the Romanticum on a floor space of 12,250 m². Parts of the library are located on the first floor and the reading rooms are located from the second to the fifth floor, around an atrium.
