Neben großzügigen, klassischen Lesesälen mit etwa 100 000 Büchern in den obersten drei Geschossen ("Bücherhimmel") umfasst das weitere Raumprogramm etwa zwei Cafeterien, ein Kino, einen Urban Workspace sowie diverse Musik- und Kreativitätsstudios.
